OK this next step is easy but important. One up the drawing of the picture. You need to remove the white in the picture. Go to Color and then to color to alpha. It should be on white. click ok. It will give you just the lines you drew. Duplicate this layer over and over till the lines are very dark and thick. Then smudge the outer lines. The only ones you need clear and sharp are the facial features.
